Field Services is the backbone of business continuity. Our agents translate Purpose → Standards → Nudges into measurable outcomes for frontline teams. You’ll work on real products used by managers and technicians around the world.

What You’ll Learn

• Behavioral economics in action (nudging, habit design, UX microcopy)

• No-code automation (Zapier + Google Workspace) and light scripting

• Content systems for YouTube/LinkedIn/Substack and SEO basics

• Research ops: surveys, benchmarks, and insight synthesis

• Start-to-ship project discipline in a lean, founder-led environment

Current Internship Tracks (Remote)

1) Content & Micro-Nudge Writing Intern

You’ll: turn frameworks into checklists, prompts, and short scripts for videos.

Projects: Purpose & Standards playbooks; micro-nudge libraries; post captions.

Good for: strong writers, UX copy, comms students.

2) Research & FieldOps Fit Test Intern

You’ll: design surveys, analyze responses, and produce insights dashboards.

Projects: Fit Test v2 questions; anonymized sector benchmarks; “insight cards.”

Good for: analytics, psychology/behavioral econ, ops-minded students.

3) Automation (Zapier + Google) Intern

You’ll: wire up forms → Sheets → Docs/Slides → email/slack automations.

Projects: lead intake → PDF report generator; YouTube workflow automations.

Good for: no-code builders; light Apps Script a plus (optional).

4) Video & Channel Ops Intern (YouTube)

You’ll: cut shorts, add captions, thumbnails, and upload metadata.

Projects: 5-min explainers and 60-sec shorts from Field Service Rewired.

Good for: editing (CapCut/Descript/Canva), storytelling, creator ops.

5) Community & Partnerships Intern

You’ll: map communities, reach out to managers/techs, schedule micro-events.

Projects: “FieldOps Fridays” live sessions; guest pipeline; partner briefs.

Good for: organizers, communicators, BD-curious.

6) Data & Insights Intern

You’ll: maintain KPI sheets, run cohort analyses, and support decision notes.

Projects: channel analytics; funnel tracking; quality scorecards.

Good for: spreadsheet pros, budding PMs, ops/finance students.

Commitment & Tools

Time: 5–10 hrs/week, 8–12 weeks, flexible, fully remote

Tools: Google Workspace, Zapier, Sheets/Docs/Slides, YouTube Studio, Canva/CapCut/Descript (or similar), WordPress

Note on compensation: These are unpaid internships focused on learning and portfolio outcomes. If you need academic credit, we’re happy to sign your school’s forms.

How to Apply

Step 1 — Quick Form (5 minutes)

• 150 words: “Why Field Services? Why Purposeful Nudge?”

• Optional: a 90-second Loom telling us what you’d ship in your first 2 weeks

• Confirmation you understand this is an unpaid internship and consent to our privacy notice

Step 2 — Mini Task (under 60 minutes)

We’ll send a small challenge aligned to your track (e.g., draft 3 micro-nudges, a Zap outline, or a 30-sec short plan).

Step 3 — Zoom chat (20 minutes)

Meet the founder, review your task, agree on your first 2-week deliverables.
